- Providing clients with legal advice regarding finance, banking, and taxes (corporate income tax, value added tax, personal income tax, import and export duties, special sales tax, etc).

- Offering clients legal assistance in establishing and implementing transactions such as pledge of property, mortgage of property, other securities for performance of obligations, realization of security property, debt purchase/sale, transfer of capital contribution, share transfer, finance leasing, etc.

- Representing and assisting clients in negotiating, drafting, and reviewing contracts of all types such as loan contracts, property pledge contracts, property mortgage contracts, capital transfer contracts, share transfer contracts, finance leasing contracts, debt purchase/sale contracts, etc.

- Providing clients with legal advice and assistance regarding the establishment of enterprises engaged in the areas of tax, banking and finance.

- Providing clients with legal advice on and representing clients in resolving disputes arising from financial transactions and tax-related disputes arising from business activities.
